Jacob (I think was his name) was great and very professional. He installed my equipment and got me hooked up quickly. I think the person who helped when I returned name was Jimmy. He was super professional. He checked everything out and was able to unhook the trailer and back it into its space for me since I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to back it up while hooked up. Overall, it was a great experience. Will return if I need a trailer again.

If you rent a trailer, check that it's hooked up correctly. Don't trust the idiots that work there.

We came from Georgia to clean out my grandmothers house since she passed away. We reserved a truck four days ahead of time and put a card on file. The day of pickup, a girl called to say she’s cancelling our reservation and gave the truck away “just because.” No apology or effort to find another one for us. After dealing with a death and four days of sorting through a house this was the icing on the cake for us. Very disappointing. If you need a truck you might as well just show up and see what they have the day of.
