U-Haul Moving & Storage at MacArthur Dr

The trailer had absolutely no jack at all. So getting the trailer on and off the truck was a complete NIGHTMARE! Especially given we were unloading it in an apartment complex that already has tight parking. There is no reason these trailers shouldn’t have a way to help the customer hook and unhook it.

Poor management and rude associates. When I was there associate threatened that I was trying to lie about milage and proceeded to talk about me in front of me to other associates. Will never use again.

They were really helpful in finding discounts and letting me know actually what to look out for in the rental and return process very helpful in every way

If I could 0 stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS U-HAUL CENTER!! Especially if you want your deposit back. DO NOT BID OR BUY UNITS FROM THEM! They will try to withhold your deposit over things that aren't YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. As a bidder your RESPONSIBILITY is cleaning the storage units and removing everything out of them. Nothing else. THEY ALSO DO NOT GIVE accurate pictures of the storage units.. IF YOU CAN NOT SEE FROM CORNER TO CORNER , DO NOT BID OR BUY IT .. THEY ARE A SCAM. You will think you bought a unit with very few things in it.. until you open it and your confused because it doesn't look like the pictures online.. They know how to angle the camera right for sure..
