U-Haul Moving & Storage at MacArthur Rd

Do not believe it when Uhaul says your reservation is guaranteed!!! It’s not guaranteed at the time you selected or the location that you picked. Expect you might be driving somewhere else and wasting time.

I reserved a guarantee trailer at the Whitehall, Uhaul location at 8:00am. When I arrived to pick up my trailer at the time of my reservation guarantee, I was told they did not have one. They didn’t even have an option for another size They blamed it on somebody not returning it and never even apologized. When they don’t have it ,they say the guarantee is they can get one somewhere in the Lehigh Valley. You are inconvenienced with time and travel to go where they searched and found one. I had to leave and drive to the Uhaul off Airport Road to get a trailer, they had much better customer service over there.

Easy pick up and drop off. I had to extend my time and it was just a simple phone call no fuss. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and kind.

Every step was a headache with this location.
I was canceled on the day of my reservation, canceled on again with no communication, overcharged for services and inconvenienced the entire time. 0stars
PS: the measurements of the rentals are an absolute lie.

Corel rep was the most pleasant--proficient young man who helped with my reservation and check-in. I am a senior citizen and was extremely impressed with his kindness and expertise. His smile alone helped make my day. He did not ignore any of my questions. AND, he remembered me when I came in. I made the reservation in person at U-Haul. I was extremely ? impressed. I hope Corel goes far with your company.
