Needed propane refilled, and was told to go and wait outside for 10 minutes and no one came. Went back inside and was told that it was too cold for someone to refill the tank.

Don't make reservations outside office hours, they claim they offer it but not actually available. You'll just be waiting or going somewhere else if you're lucky

The first truck experience was OK, once we told the lady WHAT SIZE TRUCK WE NEEDED. But when we went back, I spent #200 dollars for a truck THAT COULDN'T even fit DOWN the street....and it was too late for me to return the truck, PLUS I HAD PUT $50 WORTH OF GAS IN THE TRUCK. But the next day I seen that I was given some of the gas money back. But since I spent that #200 dollars or a TRUCK THAT I DIDN'T USE, NOW I have to wait to get some more money, to get the truck THAT IS THE NEXT SIZE UP FROM YOUR VAN, AND NOTHING LARGER, SO THAT I CAN FINALLY FINISH UP MY FOREVER MOVE.
