Robert (manager) Kanisha (manager) and last but not least Chriss ( big boss) are amazing! It gives me great pride to deal with such a group of professional and well trained staff. They are a 5 star crew and all of the staff, who follow their footsteps and leadership are top notch

If I could I would have give them minus stars. I had mices in my storage unit that pooped and peed all over my stuff. Had to throw away a whole duffle bag. It took more than two weeks for the manager to call me back. The stuff laughed at me when I called, they were disrespectful and had such an attitude to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE.

Rented a 9 foot van from mass ave. The beginning was great, rented a 7 dollar dolly, the employees tried to give me felt mats for furniture and I returned on the spot as I didn’t need them. Returned the truck within 4 hours. Then this morning I get an email stating I didn’t return the equipment, which I did, Absolutely false claim is horrendous. And now they are charging, and additional 120 dollars for something In their possession. I will never rent from here ever or ever recommend this location. Until my refund for the falsely claim theft of the dolly is completed I refuse to remove this accurate review. I’ve used U-Haul many times in my life and I’m just appalled at the lack of professionalism as when I called to get help I was given by an employee of mass ave a false phone number to dispute this claim. All around disgusting experience.

Unsafe. Unsafe storage: steep ramp with ridge at the top that prevents carts safely closing. My cart bounced back and nearly ran me over. Another customer rescued me. Truck return area unsafe at night given indigents hanging out at return entrance, behind returned trucks.

Very rude and hostile employees it seems like they don’t like their do not help locate your truck just give you keys with an attitude and expect you to do their job for them never again
