I had an exceptional experience at U Haul, and the staff demonstrated great caution and extensive knowledge regarding the equipment. Furthermore, they provided a demonstration on the process of gaining access to and leaving the storage unit. I was pleasantly impressed with the amount of time and effort they dedicated to their work.

Not only was rental great and the check out process effortless, they were extremely professional and helpful with me recovering my lost items. Thank you to the staff.
