I have had a wonderful experience here I've been here about maybe close to a year and the staff had always been wonderful to me extremely helpful and any problems the accommodate. I paid two months and the computer said I still owed. They went in fixed it and gave me a extra month for the inconvenience Thank you. Best experience at any storage I've ever had

When I call at 7 am. Please cut the attitude, if your not ready to pick up phones at 7, then wait till after you had your coffee and cookies to answer phone calls. It's not nice to get told that, ' I just got here and I can't help you'.

The tricks are NO fuel efficient. U-Haul tries to get money out of every service that they provide. There is NO bargain dealing with them. I hope that I 'NEVER' have to use them again. If they had less tha zero stars rating, that is what I would select!
