The online system is not customer friendly.
It's 830pm and we still haven't gotten our receipt even though we dropped off to the staff at 1pm. He stated he would complete and we would get one. Still waiting

Poor customer service, if I had an, they would have got me for a 108 miles extra and they showed me on the fuel.Is it oh, we will take care, but when you come back in?I ended up pan for the last guy's quarter tank fuel. Terrible terrible customer service. Won't rent from that particular store again.

Very clean facility and great location for indoor storage. Has a few things that could be improved on but all places do. Will come back.
