U-Haul Moving & Storage at McHenry Ave

The best experience I've ever had with a storage facility! Not only are the employees super friendly and helpful, but also Mikey (the manager) goes above and beyond the usual to meet your needs. I also rented a cargo van and found it super easy to load with two rear doors as well as side-sliding door. Do yourself a favor and take your business here?

Everybody go and check out the new U-Haul place right next to Petco on McHenry. The service is Great they treat you like family. They also have storage place there and the first month is Free.??

From my first time going here I would say that I had a pretty good experience. Getting a U-Haul was pretty simple and easy. They also offer small storage that you can pay each month as well if you need something like that. The workers seem pretty chill and laid back, I had one that helped me that was funny and made the experience overall good. Would recommend it if you're looking to get a U-Haul. You might have a different experience depending on the person but for my first experience I would say it was pretty good.

Easy to rent a truck online, pick it up, and turn it back in. I didn't need the storage but said it came with a month free of storage with the rental too which is nice for others if that makes sense for them. Mikey and Perla were professional and very helpful :)
