My U-Haul truck broke down and was towed to this facility to give me a new truck and unpack the contents of my current truck to the new one. Pete facilitated the resolution of giving me another truck, checking on me to ensure I was not stressed out by the circumstance and did everything in his power to make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible in a reliable vehicle. His customer service is a class act along with his staff.

Worst experience of renting in my entire life. I will never rent from these people again and all my friends will know about this they charged me an extra $25 for a little bit of dust hardly noticeable in the bed of the truck the truck was swept out prior to dropping it off yet just a little bit of dust cost me 25 extra dollars added to the bill just like any other California scam to make extra money I will never be doing business with them again let me repeat never again .
