Total crooks, they’ll tell you one thing when you sign up and then charge you triple. No one who works here knows what they’re doing either. Desperately need new management.

Literally anyone can come in and out of here, if you think your stuff is secure, you are mistaken. Guys in the office rent to their friends and family and let them do whatever they want. Tried to move stuff in on 06/23 at 3:50 pm and the entrance was blocked for hours. Office employee refused to do anything about it. Leave your stuff anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Moving 8 hours away is stressful enough so I schedule a “GUARANTEED RESERVATION” on March 15 to go pick up a trailer and dolly on March 31. I get a call March 29 that neither the 2 things I reversed are available. Employee says “It’s out of there hands cause the person using them right now is out of town”. The call that I got from Corpus was useless, no initiative on helping or trying to fix there mess. Now I will need to pay $700+ to get my car towed for that 8 hour drive. Definitely don’t recommend this location!!
