U-Haul Moving & Storage at N Royalton

Cost $25. for gasoline to drive 18 miles.

We've rented from this location before. Everything went very smoothly. There were only 7 minutes left last Friday evening when I returned our cargo van and the young man who checked us back in was still there, lights on, waiting until he closed at 8pm. I thought for sure the lights would be out and we'd get charged another day but he was there---in the driving rain and helped us check out in just 5 minutes or so. We will be back. Thank you for running a good operation at this North Royalton, Ohio location.

U-Haul is one of those companies where I’ve never had a great experience with because the employees seem careless and not personable and the vehicles are old and unmaintained. However, for the first time I had such a wonderful experience with the North Royalton location. I was greeted when I first walked in, and the staff were very professional and kind. And most importantly, my vehicle was extremely clean and seemed almost new. Best location in the greater Cleveland area. I would definitely recommend.
