I am upset because of all the ridiculous hidden up charges and inaccurate/inconsistent information between the app and the store. Got a lot of weird charges that did NOT add up. Not using uhaul again for any reason.

Rude staff. They are not helpful. Stay away from this storage location if you want good customer service.

You want a storage unit that goes up in monthly rate every 3-4 months this is the place for you! Nothing like paying almost double for a unit when I first got it and getting nothing extra with it. There are way better and cheaper options in the area.

I have been a repeat customer with this location due to the excellent service provided from the team on site. I want to take a personal thank you to Eli, Jade, Kristine, and Luke for always ensuring that the equipment I have is in excellent condition. They have been nothing short of exceptional.
