U-Haul Moving & Storage at Oaklawn Blvd

We were in the process of being removed from our home with nowhere to stay. These people at this location didn't care of our situation. They banned us from ever using their location again because we renewed our reservation online instead of returning in 24 hrs. The lady at the front desk is mean and rude and nasty. They locked us out our storage unit without notice, and wouldn't give access until the van was returned even though both were paid up to date.

Amazing customer service!! Luke went way above and beyond to take care of us renting a truck.

I would not even suggest anyone put there personal belongings in this storage unit. When I moved out of my storage unit. My original lock was found inside my unit and all of my belongings were dusty. My mattress was molded, my dishes were missing and the coffee tables were missing. On top of everything the manager was very nasty smh.

Don’t trust the websites propane refill hours or the tank outside that says 7 days a week. Two times I went to try to get a refill and was told the guy wasn’t there to do it……… why offer the service 7 days a week and have times if no one is there to do it?
Pro tip: call first to see if the mythical tank filler guy is there first before you waste your time and gas.
