Gave that young man a raise. He handled the line of customers Swiftly and he was very professional. Explained the process clearly.

I’m only giving a one star because of the General Manager, very sweet and calm. But I noticed she can’t control certain things, this storage was way over priced, the elevator been broken since I moved in had I known they was having problems I would went somewhere else. It been going on a month and I really need my stuff, it affecting my everyday life. I’m tryna rebuild and make end meet and I have to buy things I really can’t afford right now because the storage is broken. (Air mattress, pot, a small Tv, clothes, shoes) Things I already have in my storage. I called everyday hoping for some great new so I can move on from this. The air was broken so I’m hoping my things are okay even tho it’s supposed to be in a climate control storage.

The customer service was outstanding, and the truck was clean. Overall, a great rental experience. I only rent from this location when I am in Louisiana.
