In a world where customer satisfaction generally takes a backseat to profit margins, U-Haul has taken a leap backwards to a time of congeniality, gratefulness and a good ol' 'Customer is King' mentality. When picking up my 20' moving truck I was greeted by an energetic young women whose smile was enchanting and informative nature honed to perfection. The vehicle was waiting and I was on the road in minutes. Upon my return I was greeted by a wonderful woman, the site U-haul manager, Nena Johnson. Again, I was greeted with a kind smile and attentive ear. I was processed in minutes, my questions were answered and I was on my way. This had been a heavy time in my life and Nena, her staff and U-haul had made it a bit lighter. I can't be more thankful and clear.

I have found that this location is the best in every way. Most of my rentals are available within a time frame that fits my needs. Staff is always friendly, professional and ready to help.
