U-Haul Moving & Storage at Pelham

I was in town for just a weekend to pick up items from my aunt’s storage unit and drive back to Louisiana. I originally had a reservation with another company, but when I arrived, the vehicle I had reserved was unavailable. I immediately called this uhaul location and was fortunate enough to have my phone call answered by Kendra. She is top notch, and deserves recognition for being amazing with her customer service skills! She was so kind, which is hard to find sometimes, and also very knowledgeable about her equipment. She was able to get me a truck right away and took so much stress off of me! This location is lucky to have her, and 10/10 I recommend using this location for all of your rental and moving needs ?

I’ve used this location multiple times for various moves. Trucks are always clean, the employees are always fast, and the process is super straightforward and simple. I came in today and rented a truck from the store manager. She couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Was able to answer all of my questions and get me in and out within 10-15 minutes. I even had to call back in after leaving and was assisted right away. They really do value customer service here and it shows. Love this location, thanks for all your help!
