U-Haul Moving & Storage at Pelham

When I initially cranked the truck, the check engine light came on. Asked the front desk guy about it and he said as long as it wasn't flashing then I should be fine, but if not, call UHaul service. Fingers crossed I pull out of the parking lot. I noticed the truck has a lose steering wheel and its a battle to keep it straight. I did not turn around b/c that was the only 15' truck they had and I did not want anything bigger. We only needed it for in-town so I just assumed the fight. After a few miles, the backup mirror on the passenger side starting swaying in the wind. There was only a single screw holding it in. I fixed that when I got home.
I was not expecting brand new but would expect more than what was received.

Omg, this location is the best !!! I love how friendly and helpful they are. They went above and beyond to assist I will definitely refer them or come to this location whenever I need a truck

I used the 24 hour pickup using the app and it was very simple and did not take long at all! Already reserved my next truck using same method. When returning truck to drop off I was greeted by friendly employees who told me where to park. Would definitely use this location again!

The moving process could have been very stressful. However, the general manager and her staff at Pelham U-Haul were so amazing to make sure everything was in order and ready appropriately. To packing and shipping boxes and supplies, to dollies for moving appliances or other heavy furniture, anything that you need to facilitate a move you can find in this one location! I highly recommend visiting the location in person versus contacting the national reservation line. If you have ever done that then you know how much of a nightmare that experience can be. Cut through the middleman and stop in and deal with these professionals directly. I can assure you, you will be very glad that you did!
