U-Haul Moving & Storage at Pelham

Now I know why they have low rating. Hitches install was ok but wiring install on my car was disappointed. They said will drill on my car to put the wiring underneath but I don’t want to getting drill on my car. On the U-Haul youtube same my car brand and model they are not drill to put the wiring underneath. I would like to remove the wiring but I wait for the manager call around too long to find someone to remove the wiring. I rather to go somewhere else not here when y’all like to install the hitches.
The guys who install hitches and wiring was not put everything back when he done. He put all my stuff and part of my car on the second and third row. My car wasn’t clean when he done, the dust oil around. I have to do it by myself.

I have been renting twice a month for a while now and 95% percent of the time, I have to wait 20+ minutes before anyone even comes inside to assist with my order. I love using U-Haul but the service at the Pelham, AL location is maddening!

I reserved my uhaul online and declined the insurance. When I got there I was asked again by the manager did I want it, again I said no. There was a price difference that I assumed was some sort of deposit. I couldn't see the terminal amount because somehow they said that they were having issues with it. Come to find out that she added on anyway. They refused to credit me back it. I couldn't file a dispute on it because the credit card company that I signed for the transaction. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ONE. Use caution and check your receipt if you decide to go here anyway.

Every interaction I had with the staff at this location was always pleasant and professional!

Rented a ten foot box truck and as I was leaving noticed the passenger mirror was unable to be adjusted. They told me there was not another truck to trade out and didn't have anyone on site to fix it. The air conditioner stop working several times throughout my day and their computer system held me up at least forty five minutes.
