I fell directing two younger employees driving trucks recklessly in the parking lot. I rent a storage unit, 2.... I landed hard on my hip and I sit here in pain with new medical bills. Know what Cody the store manager thought appropriate??? To lock me out of my units. Now I sit on with customer service and lawyers hoping I don't ever ever ever need hip surgery. Worst part was the kids driving laughed at me while I lay on the ground, and I had to practically beg for help. Im sure their cameras have audio...

Customer service is horrendous. The owner of the place wouldn't help with an issue and and acted like a complete jerk! Customer service is a rare commodity these days, but this guy takes bad service to an entire new level!

The pick up of the vehicle was awesome but we were not told that the charge (~$150) would be pending via my debit card and not fully charged. This was not a big deal but would be helpful to explain.

The drop off was another story. The person who checked the vehicle told us that our total was more than what we were initially charged after going 19 miles over what we thought we would do. I was confused thinking that I already paid the initial $150 - why was I being charged another $184. he kept telling me it was the fuel charge. He NEVER said that we only owed the difference between the initial charge and the new charge (~$30).

He then handed us over to another person who was the most rude person I have ever worked with. There was also a female working next to him who kept interrupting me when I was talking to this man because she was having issues with her customer. This was so incredibly rude that if I had been there to purchase something I would have walked out. She needed to wait until this man was done with us before she asked him for help. I didn't catch her name but I can tell you she was tall, thin and had a large brimmed bucket hat kind of hat on her head. She was HORRIBLE.

WHen I kept explaining that I did not understand why ANOTHER charge of $184 was going on my card (which means that my debit would be holding over $300 until Tuesday given the Monday holiday) the man started to get angry with me. That is just too bad. He needs to find a better way to explain things to customer and not speak down or in a demeaning way to customers.

I did not catch this mans name but I can tell you he was a larger man with horrible yellow teeth. He ended up being so rude to us and my husband and I agreed we will never rent from this UHaul facility again. We will also never recommend this place to our friends. It's a shame because we have rented many times from this facility in the past but it has gone down hill since the last time.
