I started using this location when my father died suddenly in february, and everyone has been amazing and super helpful. I know if i'm ever in a bind again.That is where i'm going to go.

What an epically poor experience we had. The good things included a polite and apologetic associate and a helpful and apologetic manager. The equipment was available and got the job done. But it was such an agonizing experience, from having to repeat my phone number multiple times, to locating my make and model on his computer screen, to me completing the reservation myself online because he said it was a long day. Honestly, I should have earned an hour of pay as a UHaul employee for doing the work myself. The manager said the associate was supposed to come out and help us get hooked up, and apologized as he did it instead. As I said, the politeness went a long way to making me feel pity instead of anger, but it was all I could do to hold myself together after dealing with such a mentally checked-out associate.
