Terrible experience. The truck was falling apart. The check engine light was on, visor was falling out, and window knob fell off. They then tried to charge me $10 because there were 2 zip ties on the floor of the truck. The guy said it was a cleaning fee with a smirk on his face. If you need to rent a truck go to home depot. They are much more professional.

One of your vans tried to run me off the road with my one year old in my car, just stating a fact

Employees are not honest about mileage used, the trip taken was 12 miles round trip, just from them to downtown and we added back a gallon of gas just to be sure. The guy charged for being a 'a mile over 15' and when we showed the reciept for gas he basically suggested we lied about...
...buying one gallon of gas. He also charged for the 'use' of blankets we never opened the package on. Don't use these guys

The 'manager' of this location was horrible. Very bad attitude and zero customer service. Was charged a 'safe drive' charge which was optional and if I was told about it I would have declined. U-Haul puts this charge on the bill but doesn't communicate it so I'm sure most people get charged for it and would decline it if they knew about it. I asked for a one time courtesy credit for the $25 and it was a flat out no. He was also very rude to the customer in front of me. Just a warning to other customers who may have to deal with this location!

great service. team is very helpful. Need more parking spots to park vehicle.
