Truck was fine for short haul move, customer service was also very quick and easy.

Nice and easy. Helped me decide what size truck to use, rented it out, did my business and came back! Super easy! Prices weren't too bad either. Paid the minimum 30 mile price and 29.95 for 15' truck.

My experience was great! There were several customers lined up at 9am on a Sunday and Teaa handled multiple check-ins at once. She was fast but not hurried. She was friendly and helpful even with a rush to start her day. Drop off was easy too. Thank you!

The female representative there , at the reynolds road location, has hostility and anger issues on the phone, when conducting business about truck rentals. She needs more training, as she thinks that no one will leave a review.....so she may have been getting away with it for quite some time now.
