Today I had the worst experience with U-Haul. I spoke with some young lady who was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager. I called back and spoke with Nay and asked if she would have the manager give me a call. Nay was very nice and helpful. The manager Mark called me back and explained to me with regards to my reservation. Just wanted to give a shout out to Nay and Mark who were very helpful.
