The manager is a very rude lady, in short after many years of renting from here I will NEVER rent anything from this location ever again

They need to Know your customer. I have rented for Uhaul enough times that you should know me. I felt like a criminal suspect who was about to steal a small trailer from you. Way too much of a rental hassle. Way too much-getting information that you already (should) have on file. When I rent from Sandusky they welcome me and I am hooked up and out the door in a few minutes. I will not rent from this location again.

Called five times and put on hold immediately..Unacceptable. Take my business elsewhere.

Excellent staff. Friendly, more so than one of the other locations.
