U-Haul Moving & Storage at Ridge Rd

I definitely got over charged one receipt says 20 miles that I used and initially payed for then the next one says 100 miles and then the next one says 111 miles and I was charged over the span of 3 days when I only used the truck for less than 12 hours and returned it within the same day. Someone scammed me or messed up I would not recommend u haul in general again.

Rented a unit here it was clean and convenient. Staff very helpful along with management.

The staff is awesome! Always very busy yet they help everyone with a smile! The best part is they are not trying to scam or upset customers as they are very trustworthy and aren't trying to lie like other companies/locations. All around great crew and the only location I will go to locally! Checking the truck back in is quick and stress free! I do flea markets so I will be renting a couple times a month! Thanks guys! This location needs a pizza party and a bonus!
