Nick and Jim are phenomenal agents. They are an asset to the firm and should be comended for their hard work and dedication. As a matter of fact, I would replace the Puerto Rican Clique Club with them.. HA! FIVE STARS !

I paid for 24hr access and I did not get it now I have to keep the van for 1 more day very inconvenient

Update: I spoke with the site manager and he compt a 1 day rental for the hassle due to an issue in the system Victor did an amazing job making things right

I visited this location on 6/29 and had the best experience thanks to the man working there(I didn’t get his name, maybe Anthony?). He was so friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat; despite working with two other guys that didn’t really seem to care about anything. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly thanks to his positivity and communication. He should be a manager, or at least get a raise because I will be back because of him!

Forever grateful to Jose and his ability to problem solve the faulty wiring that had been done previously at another location years ago. Long day of trying to pick up a trailer and realizing that the lights did not work, he fit us in quickly and solved the problem with ease. Thank you so much! This is the place to go for all your hitch needs!!

They seriously could’ve used another person working there as we were held up for half an hour while the one person helped somebody else who needed to tow a car. This made us late for the moving people who we hired. But the truck ran great, and except for the fact that they didn’t include the moving blankets we paid for, I really can’t complain. Well, not more than I just did anyway, lol.
