Horrible customer service. They talk to you without a care, may not get paid enough to enjoy their work. They should understand friendly service and helping customers get what they want instead of us doing the work for them.

The ease of reserving a truck online was definitely a highlight of my experience. However, JD's attitude completely overshadowed this positive aspect and will prevent me from returning to this location. His demeanor and the stark difference in how he communicated with female customers compared to male customers were appalling, unprofessional, and downright rude. This level of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes steps to address this issue.
