Jessica gave us truly the most wonderful U-Haul experience. It has brought forth a renewed faith in humanity and I might start going back to church. All these managers are horrible workers, they come with smiles and act nice but as soon as they don't like you, you get the mistreatment, really they are not a good business and it's nothing but a hassle take your business to home Depot Lowe's or local moving companies who have real movers, not they're moving providers, they are not real movers on this company is not a good company.

Keep up the great work! I've rented with uhaul before, but never had an experience like this. The shop was clean, staff was friendly, instructions were clear, and the return process was impressive. They even moped the truck bed!

Based on what I paid to fuel the truck back up to where it 'was' marked on the contract I got 2.8 miles per a gallon in the 15ft truck. Employees just shrugged it off.
