Kym is the best of the best. You can tell that she cares about her customers and does an awesome job. She most definitely helped us tremendously. If I could I would give her 10 stars.

Kym is a real one, clearly a very caring person. We rented a truck at a different location but had issues nearby and she helped us locate a replacement. Then when we weren't able to make it in time to get a tow dolly somewhere else she offered to stay late to get us one and went above and beyond making sure it was all set up well and that we understood how it worked.

My experience with Uhaul has varied, but if you need anything from Uhaul in Rome this is the place for it!
