Kym is the absolute best person to deal with in Rome! Her and her staff have gone above and beyond to help me over the years. From car haulers, to trailers, to installing an undercarriage hitch mount on 2 of my vehicles. She is one of the nicest people (I always call her My Angel when I come to the shop for something) I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and she knows her stuff when it comes to mechanical and installing equipment. These wonderful people care about their customers and treat you like family every time you enter the door.

Manager, not friendly and bad attitude

The pickup truck was available. But we returned it a day early and were charged $125 just for driving around town.

We have rented trailers, trucks, and a storage unit from this store about a dozen times over the years. My mother has also purchased two trailer hitches from the store. The staff at the store are always very kind. They are hard workers, and they go above and beyond. We'll be back!
