Will was great to work with. He is very friendly and was able to handle my paperwork and transaction while greeting another customer and making her feel welcome. When it came to connecting the trailer to my truck he was meticulous and checked all of it very well.

The truck fit my stuff but the staff woke me up early the next morning saying I brought it back with damages and no gas but the UHAUL was still in my yard and not due back for another 8 hours.
This is the 2nd time I have been accused of damage or no gas. Luckily, this time I didn't get arrested for it. I love Uhaul but the location in Bossier LA needs to do better with training.
