Do NOT go here. I was barely through the door when I was received with a nasty attitude. I went to ask questions about a storage unit and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. And when I told them what I was looking for the guy who I spoke with claimed he couldn’t help me and had nothing I could use, even though the website said they had availability. Rude, unwelcoming, and overall terrible customer service and I wasn’t even there for five minutes. One star is simply a curtesy.

Worse experience of my life! The 2 employees at the store. Bobby who claimed to be the manager and Willie literally refused to rent me a trailer becuase they are too lazy to do there jobs. I had a 6x12 trailer rented and they refused to rent to me becuase they didn't want to move a trailer out the way which was blocking access to the trailer I had reserved. Eric is the actual manager of the store.

Eric was great. Extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks Eric.
