Call and went over to location, lady at front gave a bad excuse as to why she didn't want to go outside and fill tanks. 'Said it keeps flashing in her face??????' That kinda made no sense. Uhaul please do better training your employees to do their jobs.

Reservations were fumbled on almost all occasions. I had two trucks, an auto transport, and a trailer. I had to get the trucks elsewhere because they were not available. I had verification of my reservations and the personnel at the regional office in Huntsville switched it and insisted that I had reserved the wrong time which was infuriating. Then that individual canceled my reservation when I expressed my frustration with this unpleasant customer service. Victoria at the location tried hard to deal with the situation, but to very little avail because she didn’t have what we needed. The regional rep literally asked me once the reservations were changed without notifying me,”What do you want me to do…pull equipment out of the air for you?”. Not the response I needed to hear as my family needed to move out of our house that day because we were closing on it. Pawn Royale in Northport came through and saved the day.
