Reserved and checked-in online providing all of my payment and personal (drivers license etc.). When I arrived at the store there where 3 employees talking with each other and one (1) customer in front of me. The employee helping the customer in front of me told me that the other check out register was open. When I moved to the other register location the gentleman employee continued his conversation with the other employees for anther few minutes before acknowledging me. He barely communicated with me (which is fine) and when he did speak, he was hard to understand. After taking my credit card information for a second time he hand me my paperwork and mumbled and pointed towards the trailer. I assumed he was implying that at meet someone outside to hook up the trailer. After backing my vehicle up to the trailers, I waited another few minutes until the employee that had just checked me out finally meandered outside to hook the trailer up. He got my trailer hooked up and when he went to plug the lights to the trailer up he paused for a while, mumbled a few words and then ask if I had a converter. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him so I told him that I did not and not to worry about it, that I would just take the trailer without the lights hooked up.
When dropping the trailer off after hours, I was again asked to enter my credit card information for the 3rd time. Good thing was I didn't have to put up with an employee with a pissy attitude. I will diffidently choose a different location in the future.

Don’t book with this location if you’re doing after hours. You will be charged for items that they don’t have in the truck waiting on you once you arrive. Also they overbook..I get a call from a staff member asking me where I am because customers are waiting for that truck? Huh? Terrible experience due to me not having a dolly I was late and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude.

Don’t go here to rent a truck. They often don’t have trucks available even if you have a reservation.

The place is also really short staffed and lines are really long. Go to Penske at Home Depot, they’ll be able to get you a truck even on the same day.

Avoid this place.

This place is pretty professional, but they need more room for the # of vehicles. I returned my van at 8pm when closed, but they were pretty crowded @ 5 of us trying to maneuver on the lot.
