Review:

I didn’t move a lot so the gas was fully charged but I got to pay additional fee for not recharging a gas (it was still full charge) which is wierd. But overall, very convenient

Review:

Made a reservation several weeks ago to pick up a truck.Was told the day before the nearest truck is in Bloomington IL. I don’t have a car to get to Bloomington which is why I requested a truck in Champaign. Now I have to pay extra money to get there, pay for gas to get back to Champaign, to then head to my final destination. They said they don’t offer any discounts or compensation for their error. No one has the patience to help they just make it seem like it’s not their problem and they can’t help you.
