U-Haul Moving & Storage at Southpark

I did not like the truck rental experience because numerous things has happened during my move. 1st major issue was that the truck was infested with roaches that got into my boxes and furniture. That was brought into my brand new build home. I’m very upset with that and no one seem to understand why I am upset about it with this truck move. Not have any concern to me and my family move. 2nd I drove the truck up state with the check engine light being on the entire time as if the truck was going to break down on me. It was very scary but I managed to u load the truck and get it back to uhual. Then right when I arrive to drop the truck off I understand it was 2min and they just closed but I flag the guy and lady down who was closing for the night to just ensure I was in the right place to drop off the truck. They totally ignored me and I blew my horn and they back out and left. I will not be using Uhual again. Now I have to fight to get rid of the roaches that came in from that truck in my new home.

Reducing wait times for rented equipment would be appreciated. Lots to do as far as loading the truck and car before hitting the road towards the next destination. Would’ve been nice to just show up and my equipment would be staged ready to be inspected and signed for. Once checked in, waited around 30 minutes before equipment was brought up by the facility staff of 1. There was also 3-4 people in line behind me who still had to wait until it was their turn to be helped. Other than that, decent service and experience in signing out my rental equipment.
