U-Haul Moving & Storage at Southpark

When we enter we were treated and helped out. It was our first time renting and the process was easy! I appreciate customer service and quickness. Upon completion it was easy to turn in!

I realize that putting the option for customers to use a hand truck and moving blankets in the truck may benefit some, but when asked in the application I was not in need of these items. The truck I rented had these 2 items in there so it took a few minutes to get assistance, to find out that if the seal isn't broken no charge. That is fine but I did not have extra time for this. Also I appreciate that the items don't take up a lot of space but I planned carefully when ordering the proper truck for my needs, that space not being available caused a huge problem in my use of this trucks space. I rented a 15 foot U-Haul truck. All of my other experiences that day were great the associates equipment location all perfect.
