U-Haul Moving & Storage at Stillwater Avenue

This location is dysfunctional also dishonest. Other locations returned my money for unused miles and this location refused to give me anything back at all. They pretty much stole my money I had it for 3 weeks and only used a little over 1000 miles and they charged me $1,397.05 they definitely kept money that was owed back to me. The odlin road location gave me back money for the miles I didn't use. The old town location won't give me anything back at all. I'm 100% sure they owe me around $600 back ? I would not do any business with Old Town location ever again

Best place to get propane and a nice group that work there

If you've been to a lot of Uhauls, you pretty much know what to expect. I had no problem picking up or delivering my rental. The dude on shift there was very cool and did his job above and beyond for first thing in the morning.

Rented a truck with no notice, and they were very accommodating for me

Devin and her team are the best there’s no other store I’d rather rent from, the atmosphere in the store is warm and inviting and so are the people. I just can’t get enough of there wonderful decorations thank you so much
