Great service from the start. Employee Kurri was very helpful with my return. While walking up to the door she openly asked if I needed help and said she would be right there. It's hard to find good employees who are excited to help customers and whom like their job. She is a great employee and I'm sure she has a good manager. Remember there are no bad employees, just bad managers! Thanks again for a great uhaul experience!!

I rented a uhaul a couple months in advanced for a trip one way and it was Really easy to do online. Customer service was great when it was time to pick up. Wish the truck we rented had cruise control like we were told but overall good experience. I'd use them again!

When I got to the location after paying had to ask a few times if someone was going to help me while their worker was hanging out with someone else for 20 mins. Also had to switch reservation to drop off the trailer in Glendale instead of kingman and discussed it with two people and still got a phone call from them just to tell me I was suppose to drop the unit off back to them. Very rude and highly recommend going somewhere else when looking for a uhaul rental.

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I had called multiple times to this number which rerouted me to the corporate office in Phx there was a lack communication with their system apparently and this local office and my card which I had to then lock was being charged for multiple amounts and no one could tell me why. Then they try to say I was “stealing” a 15ft truck lol like that’s even possible maybe for some but not for me. When calling to try to ask the manager who was apparently on vacation and knew nothing about what was happening she was very rude and snotty telling me “we can go tic for tat on who called who” then stated I never called inquiring about anything and that I was again trying to steal a truck from them. It was absolutely insane. I reported them to the BBB and the governors office. I don’t know how they are still in business again worst experience of my life never ever have been accused of trying to steal a freaking uhaul truck!!! I will never rent from them and advise everyone else to stay away too!
