Nicole and Garrett took great care of my van to get a hitch installed.I couldn’t be more pleased.

I went online to rent a P/u truck from U-Haul. I was under the impression I had completed the trasaction but when I got to the U-Haul store they said no deal. They did rent me a box truck at the same price. I completed the paper work and left the store with a small box truck. Within one block I realized the engine light was on, the mirror on the right side of the truck was falling off and the windshield wippers did not clear the windshield of rain. I immediately returned to the store to return the truck and they charged me approximately $25.00 for taking it off the lot.
