This location will not answer the phone. I have called 26 times in 3 days to speak to management. Calls are forwarded to corporate as it seems no one is able to lift a phone to their ear. Management has a cell phone that is not set up to receive calls. I filed a grievance with corporate. I’d advise avoiding this U haul location. If you have storage needs, try another company altogether.
Rented trailer. Received trailer. Returned trailer. More or less smooth sailing. Five stars…
Rented trailer again. Easy going customer service. I’d guess the poor reviews listed here were probably related to the individual posting.
It’s also true the trailer I got was not the one ordered. They gave me a rental pretty similar. 4x8 vs 5x9. I’ll happily take the extra space and the weight/size penalty was insignificant. This is U-Haul and things are in constant flux.
It appears there are new owners/managers from several years ago.
Can't do less than that . Have me waiting 2 hours for a bad job and a lot more people were complaining about their service too.
When making the reservation, I asked for a 6x12 Utility trailer. The person that took the reservation made it a covered trailer.
When that got straightened out in the yard, the next trailer had faulty lights but the attendant insisted it was my truck. When he finally used his tester and determined my truck lights worked fine, only then did he admit the trailer lights were not working. Third trailer, the wiring jumper was bad TWICE. For this headache, I would go to a different location...
The employees and trucks were great.
Checking the vehicle back in afterhours was a nightmare. I couldn't just use the QR code to fill out the survey, oh no, I had to download and install it. And even then, it wouldn't pull out a survey - but a home page, and not one of the options was for a vehicle check in. They clearly want people to be forced to pay the $20 afterhours check in fee for not using the survey you can't access. I won't be using U-Haul again.
