All worked out great with the pickup and drop-off. Employees are kind and courteous.

MAKE SURE YOU FOLD YOUR MOVING BLANKETS!

Reserved a van for 9:00am. It was not ready and I waited 45 minutes before it was cleaned and I left the location. Upon return of the van, I was billed a $25 cleaning fee for not folding the moving blankets I rented. No mention of this policy was made until I reviewed my receipt. Upon dispute, the charge was upheld without a courtesy call back until I followed up on my own.

I will not be using this location again. Hopefully this saves someone else the $25.

Took my money and took forever to issue me a refund. Been two weeks but it ain’t take yall two weeks to take my money.
