Very Professional staff

The manager was very rude. I was told no vehicles were ready even though several were lined up for cleaning and inspection. I was told I couldn't reserve in advance. Basically a very lazy manager. Highly recommend the West Seneca location. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We we very disappointed with the whole experience. We reserved a truck but it was not there when we arrived. We were told they had one at another location however it was another 20 minute drive. Then when we got there the girl told us we'd have to drive back there the next to return it or be charged up too $500. FOR THEIR MISTAKE! And we're replacing the gas for that driving too, of course. I will never rent from them again....HORRIBLE!!!!!!
