Had a rental reserved for over a month. Went to pick it up and they told me my rental had to be picked up by me over 150 miles away. No apologies, nothing. No other vehicles available.

They did a walk through, returned my vehicle, said I was good to go then tried to hit me with damages later on a email! Completely sketchy and not transparent at all!

Review:
I had my truck hitch installed at this location on June 14th and the two on staff that day did an amazing job both confirming my reservation, the correct hitch and appointment details. The installation itself took less than 10mins! Really great service, fair pricing, honest business, highly recommend this U-Haul location! I opted for the extra $5 for their lifetime warranty on the hitch, can’t beat that!
