Stay away from this place. The employee is super rude. She called me and started arguing that I returned a truck to the wrong location when the printed contract provided a different returned location. She didn't want a contract copy and kept saying I was wrong. I am not sure how a customer is wrong when following the legal contract signed and printed by the store where I picked up the truck.
Terrible customer service.
I will rate this place 0 but the system doesn't allowwed me.

Reservation same day, car available, so far great….changed res from a cargo van to a 10’ box truck (which is the exact same price and cost per mileage $1.09/mile). They say it’s $.10 more per mile for box truck. Told them about site and they said, “oh yeah…” (not honest). Then I drive off lot and within a few feet it turns from 73 to 74 miles on odometer. When I return I tell them I shouldn’t pay for this mile (had a picture with time stamps). As always, they say “there is nothing they can do”. That is my #1 problem with uhaul, there is never something they can do aka they really don’t care about customer satisfaction’s or return business- all because of $1.09+tax. It’s just the principal not the money.
