Convenient location, lots of options, great customer service.

Really nice and clean. I like the customer service and they also have a lot of dollies that you can use to move your items.

The manager, Paris used to work at the Urbana Uhual and I believe she’s going to lead her team and make this Uhual location greater than ever. She’s incredibly talented in her position and we were always taken good care of. She understands all our questions/concerns and she has great solutions. We highly recommend this Uhual to anyone looking for rental trucks and/or storages.

Paris is a GEM and so are her staff. Everyone was very friendly and answered all our questions and provided us with so much more information especially about the UHaul App and how helpful it will be if we decided to use it, which we will explore soon. This location is THE BEST!

'General Manager' Victor is a dishonest employee and an insult to U-haul which has earned customers' trust over the years. He flatly lied that corporate customer service has no authority to make a refund for unused supplies (though I was told by customer service I could). After his unreasonable refusal, I opened the web page chat box and typed in a short one sentence request for a refund and it was approved in a matter of minutes. High marks for U-Haul and their customer service, but zero star for this location and a joke of a GM who obviously is incapable of assuming the role.
