Review:
The service attitude for car rental on August 30th was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and provided no assistance whatsoever. I would not recommend this rental service to anyone.

Review:
Nothing at all! The whole experience was terrible! I reserved a truck in Victorville which was confirmed to be ready. When I went to get the truck, they said they didn't have the truck I reserved. Reluctantly I was given a larger size truck then I needed, it drove terrible and sounded like it was missing it's muffler, the check engine light came on while on the freeway, and wasted more fuel then it should have for the distance I was going. If I use Uhaul again it will be as the very last resort!
