Where do I begin the manager Deandre was so helpful. This was my first time using U-Haul services, I was purchasing a medium size truck to move my things to Wright city, Missouri Which was 40+ miles one way so he made a lot of great suggestions, like I should use a bigger truck so I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips which I was scared because I never drove anything that big? but I made it through and I only had to make one trip so I saved money that way, and I also was able to drop it off in the city that I just moved too so that’s savings right there as well that he had suggested with the bigger truck, DeAndre was so professional and polite and I really appreciate his genuine customer service skills..from now on this location has a customer for life. Thank you Deandre for making my move less stressful
