U-Haul Moving & Storage at Whalley Ave

Tried to fold in the mirror on my truck and it fell off. Got charged for it. Not fair!

I’ve rented U-Haul’s at dozens of locations all over the country and this location is the worst run and only, in my experience, that is rude to customers. Don’t expect any level of good customer service if you use this location. The other large New Haven locations (little Italy and off of 91) were both very courteous to deal with and well run.

Attendant Tyjuan was rude, unhelpful, and difficult to deal with from greeting until the end of the rental. An employee with these manners and behavior should have no place in a business that cares about customers.

DONT GO HERE. THE worst customer service ever. I rented a van online. I got there, and they say there no car available very rude. This place needs better management. It is sad that they treat people like that. They need to shut down or get rid of the people working there. Very upset ?. Recommend going to the orange ct uhal they are very nice and have everything needed at any time.
